Amiee Ho, OD, FAAO, is a comprehensive optometrist whose clinical focus involves the diagnosis and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Ho predominantly serves the Diabetic Eye Clinic where she detects and manages diabetic-related retinal disease as well as the Urgent Eye Care Clinic, where she sees patients with urgent and acute eye-related issues. In addition, she provides comprehensive eye exams to assess general vision and ocular health conditions. Dr. Ho also serves patients with low vision.
Dr. Ho received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with a minor in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego. She completed a residency in Geriatrics and Primary Care at West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Medical Center. Before joining Shiley, she was an associate professor at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Ho has served as an optometrist for the Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System.
Dr. Ho is fluent in Cantonese and English.
